To the fullest extent permitted by law, Basittir shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform.

Our total liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the use of the service in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Basittir platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately. All provisions of these terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
